easy access friendly staff tv malfunction no attendance
the location was great with easy access to shops. staff were friendly and accommodating to my requests. the studio apartment was clean and well-organised. there was convenient parking right outside.
Our reserved car space wasn't available. The tv in the lounge didn't work. the tv in the bedroom wouldn't even switch on.

perfect location hot drink cheap fragrance late checkout
i stayed in a studio apartment. it suited me perfectly. the hotel is great location and the staff are friendly. i could grab a hot drink easily.
The smile device in corridors should be improved. Its fragrance seems cheap. checkout was not good. i was 30 minutes late, and someone came to my door to rush me. he said i had 10 minutes to leave or pay a penalty. This could have been handled more politely.

perfect location for exploring
quick walk friendly staff
The apartment was a short walk from the train station, convenient upon arrival. it was also a quick walk to the northern quarter for food and drinks. the staff at reception were accommodating. They were approachable and friendly (i really appreciated that).
i noticed there was no mirror or dressing table in the bedroom, made doing my hair and makeup a bit difficult. a full-length mirror would really help.

the parking was very secure and inexpensive for the area. i found the location to be central (especially convenient since i explored a lot!). there were plenty of public transportation options nearby too.

reception staff were friendly and helpful. they showed a real interest (i found their service excellent!). staff accommodated my requests.

the apartment had a fully equipped kitchen with a hob, a dishwasher, and a fridge. the double room and sofa bed in the lounge and kitchen were spacious. everything in the flat was spotlessly super clean and cozy.

the hotel provided a water jug, coffee, a cafetière, and interesting tea bags. i appreciated this welcome touch, as i. there were many dining options nearby.
